The Institute of Mental Health & Neurosciences (IMHANS), Kozhikode has announced admissions for M.Phil in Clinical Psychology (and M.Phil in Psychiatric Social Work) for the 2025–27 batch.

Eligibility (M.Phil Clinical Psychology)

Master’s in Psychology (MA/M.Sc), full-time 2-year regular program from a UGC-recognized university.

Minimum 55% aggregate (50% for SC/ST as per GOI).

 Final-year students may apply but must be qualified by the time of admission.

Note: IMHANS is admitting as per RCI norms for M.Phil Clinical Psychology. Refer to the official prospectus for detailed recognition/registration information.

Application Process (via LBS Centre)

    1. Visit lbscentre.kerala.gov.in → New Candidate registration.
    2. Pay application fee: ₹1,500 (General) / ₹1,250 (SC/ST) — online or challan at Federal Bank.
    3. Log in and complete the form with personal & academic details.
    4. Upload photo, signature, and required certificates in the specified sizes.
    5. Final Submit after verifying all entries (no edits after final submission)

                                                      Selection & Rank List

    1. Selection is entirely merit-based on Entrance Exam + Personal Interview.
    2. Weightage: 75% written exam + 25% interview.
    3. Reservation: As per Govt. of Kerala & KUHS rules. If suitable candidates are unavailable in reserved categories, seats may be filled from General category.
